Things to do around Dartmoor
Lordy, where do we start……. Here is a list of our favourite things to do:
- Go to the West Street Bakers and grab a picnic to have on to the moor.
- Saturday morning breakfast at Taylors.
- Wild swimming in a pool on the River Tavy.
- Walk to the top of Sourton and be awestruck by the 360 view from North Devon to Plymouth Sound.
- Lunch on local shellfish and crisp white wine at the Beachhouse on South Milton Sands.
- Cream tea at Hotel Endsleigh having explored their beautiful gardens.
- Sit at the end of the day at enjoy the view from Chaddlehanger in front of the firepit.
