Bring the dog

One of the great joys in life is going on holiday with friends – and this is truest when with Man’s Best Friend – your dog !

Having had dogs all my life I know it can be difficult to leave them – now you don’t have to – bring them too…. All our holiday cottages welcome dogs.

Dartmoor is perfect for taking your dog for longs walks – endless miles for froliking and adventures. Or if he is a salty old sea dog – the beaches on the North and South coasts are easy to explore from here. Then at the end of a long day – come back to one of our cottages to a warm welcome – even our Welcome Basket has dog treats!

The only thing we ask you is to ensure that the dog remains on the ground floor and does not go onto the furniture please. There is a levy of £30 per dog for the additional housekeeping.

We have dog towels, water & food bowls available for your use and spare dog food and tic removers are available at a nominal charge. Lamerton, our local village, has an excellent vet too.
